    Sushi Bowl

    One of the easiest things for me to eat at a restaurant is an avocado cucumber vegan sushi roll. I love it so much that I've been making it at home ~3 times a week. Sometimes I actually roll it in nori. Sometimes I mix it all up in a bowl with crumbled seaweed. So delicious. Ave wanted to get artistic tonight and do it chef-style.
