    Fit Girls!

    After dinner, Coach Avery put me through a 20 minute drill summary of what she learned at soccer camp this morning. (the pull back and the step over and shooting)
    Then we went on a 25 minute walk/jog in the neighborhood and Avery was able to do about 75% jogging. She is really motivated with the youth Triathlon coming up in September. So proud of her!
